          There are a lot of studies show that apples is one of the most important and beneficial fruit in its category. A Study on mice at Cornel Uni found that the quercetin in apples may protect brain cells from the kind of free radical damage. The same uni showed that eat one apple per day reduce their risk of breast cancer and colon cancer. Other French researchers found that apple is good for bone protection and it helps asthma. Brazilian study found that women who are three apples per ay lost more weight while eating than other who didn't eat. In conclusion, apples can protect you from a lot of diseases such as, Alzheimer's, lung cancer, Breast cancer and liver cancer. As people say, " One apple a day, keep the doctor away".
