summary week 6

          Grapes is one of most delicious fruit in the world. Grapes are rich with vitamin A, C, B6 and it is rich of minerals such as potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium and selenium. These vitamins and minerals are very important to us and it has many benefits. It helps people who suffer from asthma and heart diseases, although it prevent breast cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, Macular degeneration and Prevents cataract. Grapes contain a compound called pterostilbene, which has the capacity to bring down cholesterol level. in conclusion, i recommend people to eat grapes because it is a delicious fruit, it can prevent many diseases, helps with many kinds of diseases.
