Milk is essential for kids an adults and they have to drink it every day to ensure healthy body. There are many benefits of milk I know but when I read this article, it garbed my attention. The first benefit is that milk provide a unique balance. In 2009, well-known expert Dr Bazilian said "milk is naturally nutrient-rich with unique carbs and protein". The second benefits is milk builds strong bones. As we notice, the substances and milk container is important to strong bones and the statistics showed that 99 percent of the body's calcium is stored. Additionally, hundreds of studies have shown that calcium in milk helps improve bone density. thirdly, Milk is tend to build muscles and and refreshing the blood circle. As Dr. Wendy said " Calcium plays an important role in our muscles as well as to our blood stream". Milk not just beneficial to strengthen the body, but it also have healthier overall diets which can decrease the percentage of obesity. Finally, The benefits of milk much more than what I mentioned in the paragraph. Milk has an impact on mental and behavior issues. In my opinion, we cannot count the benefits of milk just by our fingers so that we should make it as a habit.
